Enter your username to see your security question. The answer to your question was created during the registration process. Entering the correct answer will send an email to the email you registered with containing further instructions to create a new password. If you do not have an email address, please contact the NYCDCC Benefit Funds Call Center at (212) 366-7300 and ask for a password reset.

If you have a UBC number, that is your Username. For example, John Doe's UBC Number is U12345678. He would then enter U12345678 as his Username. Please note: You MUST include the "U" in your UBC Number in your Username.
