Welcome to the BAC/ADC of New Jersey Benefit Funds Website. The BAC/ADC Benefit Funds are comprised of the following:
BAC/ADC State Annuity Fund
BAC/ADC State Health Fund
BAC/ADC Local 4 Pension Fund
BAC/ADC Local 5 Pension Fund
All three funds are Taft-Hartley Trust Funds that are governed by a Board of Trustees with both labor and management and are administered from the Benefit Funds Office located in Fairfield, NJ.
