Are you a traveler working in Mid-America's jurisdiction and would like the pension and annuity contributions returned to your Home Fund? Please download, complete and submit the form below to the Fund Office.

PLEASE NOTE: reciprocity is time-sensitive, the completed form should be returned within sixty (60) days following the beginning of employment.

In addition, under the International Reciprocal Agreement, the transfer of Funds must be accomplished within sixty (60) days of receipt by the request of the member. The Trustees of the Iron Workers' Mid­America Funds have expanded the window of reciprocity to one hundred twenty (120) days.

If the transfer of Funds were denied due to the timeframe being outside the allowable window of reciprocity, you can appeal to the Board of Trustees. Please confirm the status of your reciprocity with the Contribution Accounting Department before submitting your appeal. You can use the form below to submit your appeal.
