UFCW Local 655 Welfare Fund has been administering
health benefits to union members and their families for over 50 years. The Fund has designed
this site to assist you and your dependents with your health care benefits.
It is our goal to provide you with the information and tools needed to enroll in the Plan,
review your benefit package, access healthcare, review claims and check your eligibility for
benefits.
