Click on the 2nd tab which is log-in request. Fill out the information as it appears on your most recent dues receipt printed from the Hall OR fill out the 2nd portion of the screen IF you have an email address on file with the Hall. Once the first section is complete your user name and password will appear and you will be logged into the Web Version of the App. You can immediately change your user name and password under “Change Profile”.

Our mobile app:

On your smart phone, go to AppStore or Google Play. Search for ISAQR app and download it. It’s free! The first time you start this App, it will ask you if it can use your camera. You need to select “yes.” Then select “Scan QR” and scan the QR Code on the back of your membership card. This will take you to a screen where you can look at your certifications, pay dues, see skills and change your profile. Some screens may ask you to verify the last 4 digits of your Social Security number before continuing. If you have any questions about the new app, please call Dana at the Union Hall.
