Getting Answers

The Fund Office staff is available to help you Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm. Feel free to contact the Fund Office if you have any questions or need additional information relating to the Plan. In addition, you should contact the Fund Office:

  • If you need to file an application or appeal for your Retirement benefits
  • If you need to designate or change your beneficiary
  • If you need to update your Fund records (due to a move or change in family status)
  • If you have questions relating to the Plan's procedures for handling a QDRO
  • If you need information relating to reciprocity
  • If you have questions or need assistance with a medical claim
