This privacy policy is intended for a U.S. audience and the information contained within will be transferred or processed in the United States.  This website is intended for participants, spouses and dependents who are over 18 years of age and is not authorized for any other person.  The Union will not have access to your benefit information, specifically, medical information known as protected health information or PHI.  Your employer(s) will also not have access to any information through this website.

The information collected on the website will be used to assist with processing welfare claims, pension benefits, updating your personal information, respond to questions and provide you with important information about your benefits.  In some cases, the website may be used to provide you with required notices regarding your benefits.

Some of the personal information that the website may collect includes your name, email address, mailing address, telephone number(s), age, gender, work history, account numbers, location information, user name/password, names of designated beneficiaries and covered dependents, operating system being used, size of monitor and IP address (see below).

The Funds will not share information collected from you and about you with anyone outside of the Funds and the service providers retained by the Funds unless authorized by you or required by federal and/or state law, rule or regulation.  If you are aware or suspect any suspicious or unauthorized conduct concerning your account or the information collected by this website you should contact the Funds immediately.

IP Address Logging

The Funds’ web server collects domain names and/or IP addresses of users to measure what pages and features are accessed by our visitors.  The Funds use software to collect and analyze this information.  This information helps us administer the site, improve content and improve service.  The Funds link IP addresses to personally identifiable information of users.

In the future, the Funds may offer new and different programs that necessitate a change in this privacy policy.  The Funds reserve the right to change its privacy policy at any time without prior notice.  Any change to the privacy policy will be posted on this page and will become effective immediately upon posting.
